Foresight GC2 vs Square Omni vs SkyTrak ST MAX

Three camera-led launch monitors at around £1,500–£2,000. They cost about the same, but they measure different things and charge differently for simulator golf. That decides the choice more than price.

Quick verdict

Choose the GC2 if

You want Foresight's measured ball data indoors and outdoors and don't need club data. Budget for Foresight+ if you want courses or GSPro.

The total cost matters more than the unit

For a home simulator, the launch monitor is often less than half the bill. Add an impact screen or net, a hitting mat, a projector and, for GSPro, a gaming PC, plus any yearly software. Over three years, the GC2's Foresight+ course plan can add more than the difference in hardware price.
